What this site collects.

This notice covers veloquent.io, the marketing site. The veloquent product isn't publicly available yet, so nothing here describes customer data in the platform — when that opens up, this notice gets replaced by one that does.

What we collect

We collect only what a form on this site asks for:

  • Updates signup. Your email address, and the date you submitted it.
  • Intake form. The problem you describe, optionally the platform you're describing it about, optionally your email address, and the date you submitted it.

Both forms carry a hidden anti-spam field that real visitors never see and never fill in. That is the only thing collected that you didn't type.

What we don't collect

This site runs no third-party analytics, no advertising pixels, and no cross-site trackers. We don't set advertising or analytics cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is your light/dark theme preference, kept in localStorage under the key vq-site-theme so the site doesn't flash the wrong theme on your next visit. It stays on your device and is never sent to us. Nothing here profiles you or builds an advertising audience.

Where it goes

Form submissions are stored in Sanity, the content platform behind this site's CMS, and are readable by the people building veloquent. The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL — in its server logs for delivery, security, and abuse prevention, as any web host does.

How we use it

An email address from the updates form is used for one thing: a short message when something ships. No drip sequence, no list sharing. An email address on an intake submission is used to reply to you about what you sent. We don't sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Updates signups are kept until you ask to be removed. Intake submissions are kept while they're useful to the roadmap; an email address attached to one is removed on request.

Your choices

Write to us through the contact form to see what we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or come off the updates list. Say which email address you used and we'll action it. If you're somewhere with statutory data rights — the UK or EU under the GDPR, California under the CCPA — that's the channel to exercise them, and we'll honour them wherever you are.

Children

This site is aimed at marketing operations professionals. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

When this notice changes materially we'll say so on this page and move the date at the top. veloquent is pre-launch, and this notice will be rewritten when the product becomes available.
